Our contingency recruiting agreement requires us to do an employee search for your company on a contingency basis. New York Staff Exchange, LLC is paid only upon a successful hire/placement. Our recruiters are responsible to do the initial recruiting, screening and interviewing. The contingency recruiters will also arrange interviews with the candidates for the client/company. The company pays either a flat-fee or a percentage (%) of the employees first years salary. The jobseeker does not pay any fee.
